The company is located in the Haixi Bay Shipbuilding and Repair Industry Base of Qingdao West Coast New Area, with three manufacturing bases under its jurisdiction: Yichang Marine Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. (YMD), Dalian Marine Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. (DMD), and Qingdao Haixi Marine Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. (QMD).
